Rosin-modified maleic acid resin, also known as 422 dehydrated malic acid resin, is a light yellow transparent flaky solid obtained by addition reaction of rosin and maleic anhydride,esterification with glycerol,vacuum treatment, and cooling slices .
Features:
This product has light color, strong light resistance, and is not easy to yellow. It is completely soluble in coal char
series, esters, vegetable oils, and turpentine. It is insoluble in alcohol solvents, and partially soluble in petroleum solvents.
Product Usage:
Mainly used to make paints. Such as spray paint, polyester vamish, light paint, nitro paint, phenolic paint. lt is also suitable for industries such as ink, paper glazing, and adhesives.
