Product Characteristics:
Leveling Agent ls Suitable For Various Types Of Water-Based Flat To High Gloss Coatings, Mainly Increasing Medium To High Shear Viscosity. The Application Of Water-Based Smooth And Smooth Paint Film, Good Hand Feel High Thickening Effect, Small Dosage, Small Viscosity Change After Dilution, Stable Storage, High Resistance To Bacteria And Mold, And Good Formula Applicability. The Latex Paint Formulated With This Thickener Has A Low Shear Viscosity, No Yield Value Can Effect, And ls Particularly Good, Due To The Lack Of Flocculation, The Same Formula Can lmprove Covering Power And Gloss, Enhance The Coloring Power Of The Color Paste And Thicken The Appearance Without Any Subsequent Thickening Generally, lt ls Stirred For 5-10 Minutes To Reach A Viscosity Of Over 90%.
Application
Product Application:
1. It is mainly used for waste water treatment for printing, dyeing, textile, mining, ink, paper and so on.
2. It can be mainly used for color removal treatment for high-colority waste water from dyestuffs plants. It is suitable to treat waste water with activated, acidic and disperse dyestuffs.
3. It also can be used in the production process of paper & pulp as retention agent.
Usage Method:
The Dosage Of This Product ls Related To The Content Of Lotion And Wetting Agent In The Thickened Emulsion Paint. The Higher The Content Of Lotion,The Smaller The Dosage And The Higher The Wetting Agent Content, The Large The Dosage But The Better The Fluidity. This Product Will Coagulate When lt Comes Into Contact With Water. Before Adding, Dilute With An Appropriate Amount Of Ethylene Glycol Or Ten Times Water, Stir Until lt Becomes Viscous, And There Add lt Slowly Under Good Stirring Conditions To Achieve The Desired Adhesive Type Thickener. When Used Alone Or In High Amounts, Water Separation Should Be Prevented.
