Product introduction:
Polyamide resin is a chemical raw materialwith excellent performance and a wide range of uses. Accordingto its properties, it can be divided into two categories: non-reactiveor neutral polyamide and reactive polyamide.
1. Heat-sealable polyamide binder, because of its resistance to dry cleaning, strong detergent, bleach, andhigh-temperature washing conditions in the laundry room and family, it has high adhesion to fabrics and isconvenient to use, and is used for strong adhesion, it is necessary The adhesive force and excellent moistureresistance are used for heat-shrinkable cable jackets.
2. Neutral polvamide is mainly used for the production of inks, heat-sealable adhesives and coatings, and reactivepolyamides are used for curing agents, and for thermosetting surface coatings, adhesives, lining materials andpotting and molding resins.
3. The ink prepared by neutral polyamide resin has glossiness, good bonding performance, low gelation, quickdrying and low odor. Other uses of neutral polyamine resins include the preparation of thixotropic coatings, civilwater-based glues, fabric antistatic agents, transparent candles and detergents4. The neutral polyamide resin has good adhesion on PE and other substrates, and is especially suitable forprinting on plastic films such as PE surface packaging film and metal foil composite laminate film.
