Product Description

Chlorinated polypropylene (CPP) is a thermoplastic resin made from polypropylene (PP) by chemical modification, which is soluble in toluene and other organic solvents. Because of its good adhesion with polypropylene and other materials, it is widely used in inks, coatings, adhesives and other aspects. The main uses are as follows:
chlorinated polypropylene in Bopp (biaxially oriented polypropylene) film for the production of composite ink as the main resin. 
Chlorinated polypropylene can be used as a binder to produce the main resin. 
Chlorinated polypropylene is widely used in plastic products because of its good film-forming property and good gloss.
Completely soluble in toluene and xylene. The solution has good fluidity at roomtemperature. The material has good weather resistance,heat aging resistance, chemical attack resistance, oilresistance, ozone resistance and fire resistance.

Mainly used as a binder for printing inks and plasticcoatings.
1) Used as a binder for composite printing inks. Can beused to produce biaxial oriental polypropylene (BOPP)printing inks for confectionery packaging films andBOPp laminates.
2)Coating for BOPP film, adhesive for BOPp film and paper and inner coating for pressuresensitive film made of BOPP.
3)The material can also be used for Pp film and aluminum foil laminate, Pp pipe sealant.
PP fiber flexible agent, thermal adhesive film adhesive and PP packaging anti-slip agent.
