1.Product introduction: 2404 phenolic resin is a butyl rubbervulcanized phenolic resin, used as a rubber vulcanizing agent forbutyl rubber, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR), silicagel, especially for vulcanized butyl rubber.
2.Product perfommance: enhance heat resistance and adhesiveability, small degree of defommation, good ductility, and smallstretchability. Good compatibility and other characteristics, mainlysoluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, alkanes, halogenatedhydrocarbons, esters, ketones, tung oil, etc.
3.Product use: This product is a vulcanizing agent for rubber suchas butyl rubber, natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber,butadiene silicone rubber, etc. lt is especially used for the vulcanization of butyl rubber to improve the heatresistance of butadiene rubber, with small deformation and heat resistance. Good properties, high tensilestrength, small elongation and other excellent properties, manufacturing heat-resistant butyl rubber productsthe reference amount is 5-10 parts.
